How To Order

Contact us via email or the contact form and let us know which design from the collection you’d like to order and the quantities of items you require. We will then send you an invoice for review. Please note that 100% payment in advance is required to secure the order and any delays in completing payment may impact delivery times. Along with the invoice, we will also send you a checklist of all the details which we need to accurately produce your stationery design proofs. If you’d prefer to specify the wording for each item, please send us your text in an email or word document. Before returning your information, please carefully check all text for errors, as this will minimise the need for reproofing.

Payment options will be included on your invoice. Beautiful Wedding Stationery accepts debit or credit card payment via PayPal, or bank transfer. There is a 3% charge for using this service. Please request your PayPal invoice via email. Alternatively, you may transfer payment direct to our bank account. Account details will be included on the invoice.

Browse our ever growing stationery collections in a range of styles. Prices are shown per unit, with a minimum order of 50 units.

2. PLACING YOUR ORDER

Once you have selected a your desired collection, and which options you wish to customise, press the "GET A QUOTE" button. Your order form will appear, requesting information regarding your wedding date, address, unit numbers and more, with an area for any additional information or customisation you wish to request.

3. DESIGN PROOFING

We will create and send you the initial design proofs via email within five working days. Two rounds of proof revisions are included, which will give us plenty of time to refine your design until it is absolutely perfect. Any proof revisions beyond the two included rounds are charged at £25 each. After receiving a design proof, if revisions are required, list any and all changes needed clearly and concisely in your first email back to us. We will then send another pdf proof for your review.

4. DESIGN PROOF APPROVAL

The final proof you receive is what will be printed. Once you have given us your final approval, you take full responsibility for the design and any errors. Please take your time to review your proofs; all of our artwork is individually created so mistakes can happen.

Once you are completely happy for the items to go to print, simply email us with approval. Due to the nature of the printing processes involved We cannot print hard copies prior to full order printing.

5. DISPATCH TIME & DELIVERY

Once approved, we aim to have your stationery printed and dispatched within 10-15 working days. Timings can be dependent on the size and complexity of your order. We only use tracked services and packages will always require a signature upon delivery.

1. ORDERING BESPOKE

Bespoke Wedding Stationery is wedding stationery that is completely custom and tailored to you. Naturally, the cost of this is higher, but you receive stationery that is entirely unique to you.

Fill out the form, and based on the information provided, Beautiful Wedding Stationery will get in touch for any other information and then provide a quote.

5. Additional Stationery

If you have ordered wedding invitations etc from Beautiful Wedding Stationery and require additional matching stationery at a later date, just let us know. We keep your design on file for one year after your wedding date, which enables us keep your final wedding theme consistent. Ink colours can vary between different press runs. We recommend ordering all of your wedding stationery items at the same time to ensure consistency of colour.

6. Bespoke Wedding Stationery Design Service

We are more than happy to provide you with wedding stationery designs which are truly unique and custom-made just for your big day. If our current collections are not exactly what you’re looking for, we are more than happy to discuss creating wedding stationery which is more personal to you. The bespoke service gives you the total freedom to create something that truly reflects your own style. Once you have filled out and sent the bespoke wedding stationery questionnaire form, we will respond and and if we are able to, we may send you an invoice for review. We may have some further questions, to confirm the nature of your required design. Please note that 100% payment in advance is required to secure the order and any delays in completing payment may impact delivery times. We would suggest giving a period of 10-14 working days to adequately cover time for our designers to work their magic and create something beautiful.
